How Do You Hire? Skills vs. Attitude

​I have found that people with all the skills in the world but a bad attitude can destroy the climate and culture of an organization.
I believe in finding good people that are passionate about the cause, trainable, and have certain prerequisite skills and qualifications.  
Last, the importance of finding leaders or task managers is crucial.  When change and conflict comes, and it will, leaders find ways to adapt, problem solve, and innovate.
