MY BELIEFS
  • Leadership should be from a servant perspective, collaborative & distributive in function.
  • Essentials for effective leadership include the ability to: build moral purpose, foster positive and professional relationships, communicate effectively, and build capacity with stakeholders (parents, community, students, staff, district);
  • A good leader knows and exploits the value of parental, business, church, & community involvement in school;
  • A leader focuses on educating the community as a means to enhance support for campus and district initiatives;
  • A well rounded leader can write, manage, and evaluate grants and proposals to supplement financial support;
